Ruger mini 14 5801

I was looking at picking up one of these in the next week or so, and it says that the Rings are included. Are these pretty good Rings or is there generally another Mount that would better serve the Ruger Mini-14

Congrats They are great rings. Steel and fit tight. Helps to use Locktite Blue though.

I don't mind being snobby and buying Larue, but if Ruger makes something that works might as well use it...especially for the price

It will also come with a short length of picatinny rail you can use instead.

True. A nice thing about their rail is that if you take the optic off, and leave the rail on, you can still use the iron sights.

The rings are nice. The other option is Warne, they make ones that fit the Ruger receiver scallops that have Q.D. levers.

Bought my wood stock mini 14.

Love it

Might be my favorite gun

Now I need a mini 30
