I posted this in bolt action. Thread is dead. So I’ll try here. I just ordered a Leupold VX 3i 1.5x5x20. It’s a 1” tube. What’s a rugged set of rings to match with this. Cost isnt 100% a factor. I’d spend $80 on them. The only other rings I ever bought was badger Ordnance for a fn SPR A1., and a set of nightforce for a Remington tactical bolt action. I don’t intend to lap. I was always told a good set of rings don’t need lapping. I could have been told wrong. Thanks WarDawg

I used The Vortex tactical scope rings and for the price they're pretty good.

I like A.R.M.S. #22 mounts. A cheaper option may be Primary Arms offerings.

I had a hard time finding low enough rings. The built in rail was really high.

It's for a 5.56 literally anything about $30 or more will hold them just fine. I still use Weaver stuff and some lower end Warnes stuff. They are just fine.

I like Warne Maxima QD rings. They are robust & easy on and off.

This is whats on all of my rifles including my Ranch rifle but i do prefer the 501M.
