Mount height is listed at 1.53" high, which seems to be about in between AR full co-witness and most suppliers version of lower 1/3rd. To me, an AR full co-witness a doable on the Tavor, but lower 1/3rd is perfect. If you feel that AR full co-witness feels okay to you, then the Romeo 8 may be just fine. Maybe try buying one from Amazon where you can do easy, quick returns with no return shipping or restocking fees to try it out?

So mount height is the distance from the top of the picatinny rail to the centerline of the red dot when looking through the objective lens?
