So I really want to replace my vintage K3 with a more appropriate scope on my repro Lee Enfield No4 (T). I know the reproduction scopes have a mixed reputation for quality but as I look it appears that most of this has to do with how robust they are. I have no intention of blowing any of my scopes up or banging them around. All I'm really worried about is if they will hold zero and can absorb the punishment of a standard trip to the range or to the deer stand.

So, for those who have them, how do the reproductions No32 scopes hold up and maintain zero? Is there any particular dealer you would recommend?

A period correct Lyman Alaskan would be a better choice - got one sorted out for a mate who was doing a Canadian themed No.4(T)

The Lyman Alaskan is a 2.5X scope. I already have a vintage K3. Besides, while the Canadians did use Alaskans they had a different mount than the standard T.

Know about the differences - thought it may have been a decent alternative

I'd not knock 2.5x magnification - my M1903A4 scope only has 2.25x - crappy Yank kit

What price are the repro Mo.32 scopes going for these days?
I've not kept up with the available models, only recall the very first types that had zeroing issues and problems with the elevation(?) turrets?
