Unless you find it at a place like "everygunpart" or "numrich", probably not.  Ruger tends to want you to send entire firearms back to them for the smallest of tweaks, especially any that may in any capacity potentially affect headspacing.

BUT, depending on how old/current/out of production the model is, there's a chance that Ruger might be able to help you out for a price.
