I do not need this. I do want it. 6 rounds of 12 gauge semi auto in 26" overall? that sounds fun and effective! and now that efile is back up, it's just a $200 check and youth stock away from being a monster.

BRACE IT! It will b much better - Does it take 870 stocks? I wonder if a Mesa Tactical High Adapter will fit it - It would look great with a brace!

I'll absolutely purchase one at $400-500, but not $915. I'll be very interested to see what street price settles as, or if this affects the pricing of the pump ones at all.

Yes I see that, and since I’d rather not have to spend the money replacing the furniture I’ll wait and see if they come out with a “hardwood” version. If it also has a more traditional & streamlined mag clamp, all the better.

ETA: I do like that they went with a vent-rib on this one.

Oh that is nice. The problem I had with my shockwave was the recoil with heavy loads - no tooth or nose damage, just pain in the joints from using slugs more than a few shots. The semi auto action ought to help with that, and make it even more fun than before.

That's a Nordic Components clamp (or a clone). The rail can be flipped to the other side, removed, or replaced with a QD sling mount. Though this gun might look best with the clamp removed. Nice that it's included regardless.

With a 900 msrp I can't see it getting past five and a half street price... that being said I was a spit away from buying a shockwave but now I think I will hold off.

Can’t be.

Benellis have the recoil spring is housed in the stock. Much too long for the birds head grip to hide.

Not sure if any of the current brace offerings are compatible with the buffer system in shotguns. That’s why the SCR Raider can’t be braced as well.

Looks like no springs or action parts in the stock. Braces should be possible.

The V3 operating system is based on the Benelli Argo used in the M4 / Remington Versa Max, but having the action springs in front of the action on struts like the Beretta A400 and 1301

This is a great design but in very sceptical of Remington QC. We've had several threads about problems with the versamax I'm not sure if the v3 has been kicked around yet or not.

My experience with the V3 is quite a bit more limited in quantity than with the Versamax, but I've across the board seen fewer issues.

I'm heartened by the fact that CZ added to the 16ga offerings, along with Browning keeping the 16ga ball rolling. I have it on good authority that Benelli doesn't have any intention of jumping into the 16ga market at any point, but it'd be nice to see even a limited run from Remington. I was planning on buying one of the new Sweet Sixteens, but grabbed one of the Citoris when they announced those... I'm also a sucker for a 16

I have a v3 that I bought this summer.

The thing is a beautiful soft shooter. And I am an avowed Remington-hater and I love this gun.

This is very tempting.
