I just got my eForm 1 back after 2.5 weeks. Looking for a good Cerakoters to send to. Any recommends?

I would put this in refinishing, but some FFLs are weird about F1 vs F3 (I've contacted a few). Since this is NFA I thought it would be appropriate here.

Thanks.

You could also do them yourself.

Air cure C-series Cerakote and a ~$6 PreVal sprayer works just fine.

Don't you have to bead blast first?

Honestly, I don’t even bother cerakoting my form 1 cans anymore. I just glass bead blast the Ti tubes. Makes it a nice matte grey. Attachment Attached File

That does look nice. I have an airbrush and just spray on some high temp duracoat.  I may just blast the next one though

Depends on your intended use. I have done both on my cans. C series holds up a lot better if you mag dump frequently, but if the can is banged around a lot it honestly doesn't hold up much better than high temp engine, caliper, or grill paint. My "normal" use cans get H series. My heavy use can, mounted to my 5" 7.62x39 AR with a binary, gets C series.

And yes, blasting it is necessary. Everything, paint or gun coatings, adhere so much better.

Has done a ton of work for me. Ask him about doing the high temp stuff. Very easy to deal with and quick turnaround times.
