Is there a cap for that port or is training in the rain going to be an issue?

thanks

It’s not waterproof. However, the design of the RNVG makes it basically inherently resistant to water damage.

Inside the lemo is potted though. I’ve actually broken one, I’m sure I have a picture somewhere

ETA: found it, it was actually the power switch side but I would assume the lemo side would be generally the same. Attachment Attached File

This unit with the LEMO connector spent 11 hours in 20 feet of salt water.

It was returned to us to clean the saltwater corrosion off the device, however no ill effects to function have been noted, and I understand the device has been through a Greenline Class with TNVC_Sam and Don since then with no ill effects.

I think you’ll be okay with a little rain.
