I put together a quick visual "fly over" of a recently painted weapon light, in Aervoe Coyote, to compare how closely it matches Magpul and Aero Precision Cerakote FDE parts:

Nice match, question for you Aervoe users, how tough is this paint say compared to brownells alumni-hyde or the kylons of the world?

Better than Rusto or Krylon for sure.
Don't think it's anywhere near as durable as Alumahyde, that stuff is pretty tough. What I've done is hit it with a few coats of matte clear enamel afterwards. Will hold up longer that way |
