A question for you HK enthusiasts.

Is the MP5 10mm bolt head the same length as a G3 bolt head?

I am looking for a way to swap bolt heads on my Getme and G3 carriers to 10mm without any major work.

Don't have a G3 bolt head available at the moment  but if memory serves me the answer to your question is "No".
The G3 bolt head is longer than the MP5/40/10/357 Sig bolt head.   Not only that but the rollers in the MP5/40/10/357 Sig
bolt head are smaller than the ones in the G3 bolt head.

No and among the other parts mentioned above the locking piece will be different as well.
