Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about NICS portal account

I just got my FFL last week, and have a business license in hand as well.   In TN the background checks are done via the TBI NICS portal online.  
Does anyone here know how to create an account ?  Is it an online process or do you have to send in a paper application ?
