i have a trail and there is a sticker on it with a model number - if thats not there then i am not sure without looking thru it or going into the menu pehhaps - but i cant see any reason why the sticker would not be there unless its been very unlucky to get knocked off .

Ok, thanks. Just wanted to make sure there was a way to tell the difference without going through the menu system.

Once and only once I had an XP38 in my hands that was labeled as an XP50 on the exterior sticker. You can always go to the menu and confirm. But yes the model number is on the bottom.
