You should be able to have SS withdraw it and you submit on your own. Just not sure how the withdrawal with be handled during the shutdown.

In my mind, no value in doing anything during the shutdown. They aren’t going to process your withdrawal, or do anything with your new eform 1, except take your money.

I cancelled with silencershop on dec 5th and re-filed myself the next day. submission date of dec 6-fingerprints mailed dec 11-approval date of dec 18

I had an F1 SS submission I did in July right before efile came back online and I was stuck deciding to cancel or not. I figured I’d let it ride instead of waiting for refund, refile etc so I just forgot about it and got approval back early Dec so it all worked out.
You could leave it and just F1 another lower |
