I only have access to 1 barrel length in 50 BMG, and that's the AR-50. I was collecting data on the M1022, so being a data nerd I like to report my findings :D The PPU bullet is a bit lighter than the standard 650-660gr M33 ball. Bullets measured a consistent .508" vs .510-.511" I'm used to measuring other .50 cal rounds at. Velocity was right in line with other M33, but accuracy in my case was the poorest of the sampling I did :D I only have 200 yards and my skillset could be in play here so YMMV

Confirms my suspicions; they’re slightly underloaded.
Generic lake city is pushing 2700 pretty consistently.

Get your hands on some m8 api or m20 apit. My groupings shrunk by almost half. (Barrett m82a1 29”)

I have some of the API/APIT at home. I should re-check with those before sending this guy back to my friend :D

And PPU is currently double the price of Federal!
