@djkest
Nice rifle. I like the fluted barrel.
I just picked up my 10/22 last week. Love it!  I really like the BX trigger.

Is that a non surefire can converted to use surefire mounts? Endcap looks different.

I picked up a Ruger American rimfire a few days back.  I didn’t know they offered one in 16” until I saw it.  I’m just waiting on my PA 1x6 acss and it’ll be complete.  I picked up a 300blk at the same time.  Love these little Ruger Americans!

@nsnate02
Did you manage to get that SI UDC to function properly with a rimfire bolt?   The one I have will not stay closed because the cutout on the bolt is too shallow. It pops open at the slightest bump.

Yeah at first.  I filed down the two side cross support pieces on the UDC retaining indent cylinder and it works normal now. Doesn't need much.

Picked me up an older 10/22 (early 70’s) Don’t know if the trigger is original (don’t know much about 10/22s), but it is way nicer than I expected.  I would say it breaks as good or better than my G and larue triggers. No clue if it is after market or whoever owned it had it worked over.

Smooth and fairly wide trigger face…

I just picked up this Bergara BMR yesterday.  I haven't shot it yet, hoping for good things b/c it's a really nice little rifle.  The fit and finish is great, well put together.  I think trigger is good for my all-purpose/small game needs, I probably won't change it but we'll see once I shoot it.

The stock really punches above its weight, I like it a lot, I'm impressed and a little surprised how much I like this thing.

Dropped a spare Trijicon Accupower 3-9x40 on it with Vortex rings.  It would probably benefit from a more suitable scope, something with adjustable parallax.

Could you share some details? That’s pretty neat.

I’ve thought about converting a warden with a f1 kit.

My first rifle.  Remington 514 single-shot.  My dad bought it lightly used as a gift for me when I was 13 years old.  That was 60 years ago!  It was drilled and tapped for a scope and this Japanese Tasco 3-9x installed.

It is now going to a grandchild.

How's the weight on the Faxon? My youngest just started SASP and I'm thinking about a lightweight barrel since he's a new shooter and every little bit helps.
