Did this for fun. Hung a tin can in my backyard at approx 22 yards[my backyard max range]. Shot at the can with my stock R7 and my MM tuned Xs-25 SFB. Useed H&n FTT 8.64 pellets.

@nd pic ,top left is a dent from the R7. Didn't even penetrate. Top right is the exit point from the XS-25.

Dang... just a regular vegetable can?
I'm gong to have to try this with my R7 and various pellet types.

ETA: misunderstood original post. R7 went through one wall, dented other.
