Just purchased a Ring MC-10-80 sight for my PS90. I have both screws tight, but the sight moves a short amount when touched. Is this normal?

No, it shouldn't move.  The screws should clamp the ring sight down reasonably well unless they've been buggered.

Mines always been rock solid once tightened down fully.

Thanks for all the replies. Found one of the screws from my CMMG rail was sticking through. Problem solved!
