Has anyone SBR'd a CZ Bren 2 MS 8" 5.56 Pistol with Factory Stock?  
and/or
Know the overall length of this configuration with the stock fully extended (not including detachable muzzle device)?

I have thought about going this route but need to make sure it exceeds 26" to be GTG here in IL.

Yes.

Which stock, Type 1 or Type 2 (BR stock)?

The image with the ruler is an 8" with Type 1 stock. Type 2 stock would be about an 1" - 1 1/8" longer so you should be good.

Length with Type 1 stock fully extended will be over 26" minus the muzzle device.
