No complaints about my 3 bump helmets. Slap some 4D pads in there and call it good
I wear mine 5-8 hours per night when I go hunting and don't have hotspots or issues wearing the bump that long. I'm not sure what TW does better comfort-wise but I have zero issues with the bump

The "soft" suspension of the Boa is arguably more comfortable to some people than the more rigid Ops-Core suspension, and more forgiving in terms of adjustment.
For lighter loads, this can be more comfortable, but IMHO, the Ops-Core semi-rigid liner is much more stable than the Boa, both the side fit-bands and the more rigid nape piece (the Ops-Core 4D Pads come with a nape pad as well
) lock the helmet to your head, and maintain a more stable platform--I do 90% of NV activities with an unbuckled chinstrap and a tightened down Ops-Core without any issues whatsoever.
Assuming you take the time and effort to properly adjust the Ops-Core suspension, to me it is very comfortable, and I've never experienced the comfort issues that many other folks report with them, even with the factory pads, though they can definitely be uncomfortable with poorly adjusted/adjusted for someone else Ops-Core helmets, it's a little give and take, but if you basically live inside your helmet for long stretches of time...
Just to throw in as well:
The Lux Liner is a fantastic addition the Ops-Core helmets and provides a lot of impact/trauma protection.
The Worm Dial is more low profile than the Occ-Dial, and is good for going prone and a lot of dynamic movement, but is slower to adjust, and the Occ-Dial design allows you to crank down much tighter and harder on the suspension than the Worm Dial does--I use both and have a slight preference for the Worm Dial, but again, this is submitted for consideration since most of the newest versions offer a choice between the Occ-Dial and Worm Dial.
Finally, among the reasons for the long lead times on Ops-Core helmets is the huge number of military contracts that Ops-Core needs to fulfill before dealer and even LE contracts, especially with the FAST SF being selected to replace the FAST MT as the USSOCOM standard ballistic helmet, and a lot of units use the Bump as well for non-ballistic needs, but they keep getting chosen over and over again.
