I don't know anything about M9 bayonets, but I know Phrobis.

Yes, it should be the exact same M9 bayonet they supply to the U.S. military.

I don't think the M9 is the best bayonet (jack of all trades, master of none) but if an M9 bayonet is what you seek, Ontario is the DoD contractor.

I prefer the earlier Phrobis M9 because they looks cooler (unfinished stainless blade + fuller) & came with a built-in sharpener and mag pouch, but there's nothing wrong with the later/current ones.
