A real good friend makes knives and IMO, he is one of the best out there....my kitchen collection is complete, this started about 5 years ago with the large chef, second from the left and finished with the boning kife, third from the right....
All are made out of S35VN steel and he does his own heat treating.... The small paring knives are used every day. The straight clever, far left, is excellent when chopping carrots, cabbage, lettuce, bell peppers.....
