Be gentle, have a few rifle suppressors but this is my first pistol can My ISIS-2 9mm can was released from jail finally and I'm looking for a recoil booster so I can use it on something besides my 22's.

SilencerCo's website description says, "Isis-2 accepts industry standard recoil booster (i.e., Liberty Booster), tri-lug (i.e., Gemtech 3-Lug), uzi,  and fixed thread mounts"

Does that mean any 9mm 1/2x28 booster should work? Or am I restricted to Liberty? Examples:
Liberty's booster: http://libertycans.net/product/piston/
Gemtech's booster: https://www.silencershop.com/gemtech-gm-9-pistons.html
SilencerCo's booster: http://www.tacticalgunsandgear.com/SCOAC59-p/scoac59.htm

I don't believe that the ISIS is SiCo compatible. The Isis (as well as most Thompson Machine silencers) share thread commonality with Gemtech suppressors. You can use Gemtech's Nielsen devise for browning-operated pistols, or their fixed barrel adapters. Call Brooks or Richard at Thompson Machine - they have tons of adapters available and can custom make certain ones, if memory serves. I would also recommend using the Gemtech 3-lug adapter if you have a MP5 - it's a pretty nice, low-profile, adapter. If your can came with a 1/2x28 Nielsen device (booster), you can use it on your 9mm Browning action pistols and .22s.

I think you meant to type “Silencer Shop” instead of SilencerCo.

I almost bought a Isis-2 but once you factor the price of the can + booster it wasn’t a good deal.

Thanks all for the replies. I pulled off the mount to take a closer look at it. Before I do anything stupid: Did it already have an LID installed? When I disassembled it, it had a spring inside of it. See pictures.

A fixed mount looks like this:
