Nice! That's an awesome tube. Put some sunblock on your eyeballs because it's going to a bright AF through the weekend, lol

Man the moon has really ruined this week for me. I wanted to go out and play but it's so bright I almost don't need NVGs lol. We did go out and watch our feeder last night though. Lots of bucks!

Very close match to the one I received from them a few days ago. If I ever decide to go duals, I know who to beg into selling me a tube.

How many 14s would you say youve owned now? Break down by tube manufacturer?

Well the way he goes through -14s there’s a high likelihood so ya better get your cash ready lol

Quick question for the TNVC folks on here. I ordered WP DTNVGs on 7/28 with a 14-16 week lead time. I now see that has increased to 20-24 weeks (per the website). Is the 14-16 week still a good figure for me? or should I not expect anything until the next year?
I know yall are working as hard as possible to get orders out, thanks for what yall do .

Yeah, I remember the various comparison threads. LOL! If I didn't have a thermal riflescope on backorder, I probably would have gone the dual route right off the bat.

The newer lead time is for those placing orders now. But, I will say that all lead times are estimates and may run over slightly.

This may help. I ordered DTNVGs with Unfilmed WP tubes from TNVC on 07/23. I did however request some “hand select” specs. I called last week just to see if the timeline was still looking the same. I was told my unit had a ship date of 12/30 (estimate). That would put me right around 23 weeks. If you didn’t request certain specs your wait time could be less. You can always call as they are pretty transparent about lead times and where you stand.

That's what I was afraid of. I may call them next week, but I suspect I'm in the same boat as you. Good thing is I have my back up PVS 14 running right now.

Got my DTNVGs from HEAT inc a few weeks ago.

Elbit XLSH WP
Specs :
Resolution - 64/64
SNR - 33.3/31.1
EBI - 0.74/0.98
Halo - 0.95/0.95
Photocathode Sensitivity - 2257/2099
Gain - 69,092/67,471

both tubes have blems on the very outside of zone 2 (.003/.007) but are out of the way dont other me at all. Overall super impressed!

I ordered a GP PVS-14 from JRH on 10/15 and received it 10/28...impressive turnaround.

Elbit XLS GP
Specs (Actual/Min)
Resolution - 64/64
SNR - 26.7/21
EBI - .45/2.5 (MAX)
Halo - .87
Photocathode Sensitivity - 2289/1350
FOM - 1708/1350

VERY clean tube.  A few very VERY small blems in it that you can only see when you are staring at a white wall.
A buddy ordered a tube the day after and received it the same day, with a slightly better SNR, I think 27.3 or something, and just as clean.

TNVC always puts the customer first and takes the time to educate before, during, and after the sale.  Knowledge and customer service sets them apart from most of the suppliers out there.  I’ve been a customer for many years and will be for many more.  Can’t really rate anyone higher.

I bought a few items from kosher thru the website before speaking with him on the phone about NV. Got a tube in a 14 from him in July for a good deal with the premise of getting a second matching set. Fast forward to last week, got the call from Ben. Ben honored the quoted price for the second tube and I could not be happier with the performance.

In the current market for NV you either pay with time or cash. With Ben you know everything about the tube your purchasing and having it next day is to me worth the premium.

I ordered a different unit on the same day and was quoted 8 weeks on my invoice. A week later the product page updated to a 12-15 week lead time. I'm now about to hit the 15 week mark. YMMV

JRH sends an email when it ships explaining common issues to pay attention to.  I read the whole thing twice.

Get in the bathroom, flip it on. CANT. SEE. SHIT.

Wizard eye my ass.

Then I realized... Day cover is still on Just like the email I read said to take off but I was too damn excited for the wizardry.

Cant wait for tonight!
