I saw this at my local tractor supply tonight. It was marked at $50 but says on their site it's $40. Anybody tried one yet?

Hmm. The link works for me. It looks about the size of the stream light model, which I also don't like. I'm not planning on buying one, just wanted to give others a heads up and I'm curious if it's quality. Looks very chinesey to me. For $40 I may play with one. The $50 it was marked at I wouldn't, but I don't really have a gun to mount it on, all of mine either have nice wood, or surefire lights.

Link worked for me as well.

I generally don’t buy budget priced optics or lights anymore. I’ve been let down too many times in the past

It'll even come up if you just Google: tractor supply treeline light.

I'd give it a try if it weren't so bloody huge and ugly. Guess I'm kinda vain like that.

Will it fit on a Mariner?

0.88 lbs.  Nope.

It's a knock-off of the Streamlight forend.  I've installed one on my BIL's 870, works great.

For $40, it seems like it might be worth the try.

Please report back on your experience.

Funny, tried the link.  Didn't work to get me to the light.

Tried two different searches on the TS web site.  One for "flashlight" and one for "forend" and neither got me to a page with a shotgun forend on it.

So buying this light would be a reason to buy another SG? Works for me...

I bought one these for my 870 a few weeks ago, no complaints.

I'm getting used to gripping the forend a little lower, otherwise it's a good $40 well spent.

Any other buyers tried it out?

Does it fit the IAC/Hawk/Norinco 870 clones by chance?

Honestly it should, worst case it might be rather tight though and need minor fitting.

Use brave as your browser.

Anybody know if the mossberg forend will fit a 410 model 500?

I bought the 870 version locally at a TSC for my H&R Pardner 12g (870 clone is my understanding) and it works just fine. Very easy to install and super bright.

I have one of the original Surefire forends on another pump shotgun and this one isn't any bulkier.

Holy shit! I went into mine the other day and they had gotten rid of the whole display where they used to be. I'd buy several at that price just to play with.
ETA: I just checked and they are not available online or in any store within 100 miles of me.I bet this was a one time thing.

I believe there is a pending lawsuit against TSC and Streamlight over it being a clone of the forend.

ETA: Get them while they last

Looks like a clone of the Streamlite TL racker.
I have one on my 870.
It's kinda large and heavy, it works tho.
I don't remember what I paid for mine, it was easily over $100.
It's tempting at $50, but 9/10 times you get what you pay for.
