That’s awesome that they are supporting it, even with a limited run. Was it ever chambered in anything but the Model 71?
Maybe they’ll do runs of other obsolete rounds, the .351 and .401 Winchester come to mind. ETA I worded that poorly, I know they’ve done other obsolete rounds like the .405 Winchester in the past. |

I think it was unique to the 71.
They did a good job IMHO to offer the .300 Savage in *edit* SUPERFORMANCE *edit*, too. I love when they support some of the older, more obscure cartridges. Edited to reflect product lineup |

My mistake--the 300 Savage is not in the Leverevolution line, but rather, the Superformance line.

I run a Pedersoli 86/71 so that I could get the best of both worlds.....but is was the original M71 in .348 that actually turned me on to lever guns. |
