Very nice.  Love to see you giving the AUG the love!

I really appreciate your attention on the AUG.

Any chance you could make a lockable forward grip hinge, so you don’t accidentally pull it down or forward during hard use?

Also… a Manyicore version of this would be awesome, https://store.ratworxusa.com/products/accessories-steyr-990000005357-20-tsm-auga3-2545

I am looking forward to an install video on this. I have the 3D printed Arid design one and it was a nightmare to put in. I love the idea of an enlarged lag release but really wanted to replace the 3D printed part and don't like aluminum for that application.

Pete Athens already offers the locking version of the OEM Steyr AUG grips on his webstore.

Roger, the owner of 2020 Precision, is a friend of mine, so making a copy of his part might be a little bit uncouth.

Roger has a hard time keeping those in stock…  maybe y’all could work out a deal to machine more of them together and co brand them.  You have a much larger market footprint, it could benefit everyone.

Great work. Thank you for continuing to improve the AUG.

I've found the Corvus release to be a major improvement over the factory version; having a more affordable and available polymer extended release is a very welcome development for the AUG platform.

The 2020 sear is an awesome upgrade, and that’s a great idea.

It's ironic how on the consumer side, AUG users love oversized mag releases while the Australian army just had the mag release made smaller on their new AUG variant so it's harder to accidentally activate

For those with the NATO stocks, please be aware the the mold for a NATO AUG mag release is significantly more complex in design and expensive, and cannot be done with the same mold that we are currently using.

If this version of the AUGmented magazine release sells well we will look at the possibility of doing a NATO version.

Nice! I was watching TFB's video of the AUG training school and they were using an extended mag release in the training and saw how quickly they could change mags.
I'll be getting one of yours :)

Perhaps a low rate production, 3D printed carbon fiber mag release for the NATO Aug? That way theres no need to invest in mold tooling.

Similar to how Custom Smith produces its obscure, limited quantity parts for B&T.

Another Nato stock user here. Would love something like this. I was kind of toying with the idea of making something for the mag release on the side but tooling cost is crazy expensive for my limited demand.

Sven, are you buddies with Corvis Defense?  I know you offer the brass buster, but something like the low profile, clicks into the eiection port, and doesn't cost $100 would be nice.     If you got something into the market at that $75 pricepoint, I think it would sell.

If I had a 3d printer, I'd have a prototype.

I am looking to see if there is a way we can alter the design of the mag release mold to do NATO releases with the same mold.

No promises, but I can see people want them amd I am working to see if it is a feasible option.

Big thanks to Sven. Super nice guy, just got my new enhanced mag lever to try out on my MSAR Stg556. Along with some cool swag, a cool Manticore patch. BTW, the patch reminds me of the AIRWOLF patch. Lol

Just an update, the NATO magazine release, due to the use of an "arm" that interfaces with the AR-15 magazine release, is made out of (cast) metal.

This would require a totally different manufacturing method, we can't just leverage the existing plastic mold, so at this time we are not going to make a NATO version of the AUGmented magazine release, sorry!

Sven, is it possible to machine the metal part separately, then install it into the mag release using industrial epoxy (such as Hysol)?
