Guys, please recommend me some home security systems.

My father in law just passed away and my mother in law doesn't want to stay in their home but does want it secured. I am handy with electronics, home repair/renovation, etc., but will not have a lot of time for installation and setup. Cost will be a serious consideration.

The home is 2 story brick with some vinyl siding. 7 acre yard with good clear views. High-speed internet, wifi, and wired network all available. POE not present. Mother in law has a smartphone and data plan.

Simply Safe might be your best bet.
