Was originally planning on a YHM adapter from Diversified Machine but they never came back into stock. Any similar options out there for an SD Tactical tube?

You in a rush? I have a guy that's potentially going to make some in December.

Cool. I'll definitely post up if he goes through with it. I got Chris (DM) to send me his drawings about two years ago and my guy just hasn't had the time. It's the same one making end caps, direct thread adapters and MAAD adapters for the Omega/Hybrid. Also hoping for the ASR blast shield I've been discussing with him for over a year. Sent him and email this week and he replied:

I think December will be a good month for getting back to the blast shield and YHM mount projects. Still working on a couple different racing projects and a new Chrysler project came in for future engine development. Still running batches of end caps and DTA also. Heading to Seattle next weekend for a class and then to Philly for Thanksgiving.

(He works in the NASCAR industry, so the season is wrapping up)

Nope.

He has a couple things we were talking about, including YHM adapters and an ASR blast shield. I think the blast shield might be his first project...but I tend to let him work on whatever he thinks he can do and answer questions when he asks.

Dm has a preorder for the new Q mount also on Form1 boards.

Super Precision products makes great light griffin adapters for those tubes if so inclined.

I emailed him on the 15th, and got this reply:

I have been drawing and design the blast shield. Done some with the YHM thread, but still have a little more to go. Right now its finding machine time to run any of this, work is really busy and all the machines are tried up.

That's actually more progress than I expected.

I’d like something similar: Saker MAAD mount (ASR, not that it matters) to SD Tactical tube. Wonder if Howard would do a run of those too

You want to be able to use the MAAD mount with an SDTA tube? That's probably not too much of an issue...he'd just need to change the threads on one end.

Wanted to make sure you're not talking about a piece that would fit the SDTA tube on one end and attach directly to the ASR muzzle device.

SDTA makes a Griffin taper mount adapter. Or at least they did. I have one, works as advertised.
