I moved instate and getting ready to do a form1 for SBR, do I need to update my trust?
pre 41f and has old address on it

Kentucky trusts are not recorded, so if your trust lists your mailing address you simply need to type and sign an amendment with your new mailing address as the trustee, and any SBR you create in the future will use your current city.
