I finished this short sword,10"  80CrV2 .250" blade and guard, micarta scales and kydex sheath for a fellow Arfcommer. Enjoy!

Kinda short to call it a Wakizashi... having said that, a VERY nice blade!

yeah, I guess it is more of a Tanto . kinda big for a knife, small for a sword, Tantozaki? Wakanto?

WOW, one would need a power hammer or press for that, never seen it done befo'
somebody should. I know Rustick Knives uses minigun barrels to forge blades..... badasss

How would the chromed lining effect the forge weld to close the tube?

Just so happened that whatever channel shows Miami Vice/Knight Rider/all those shows on Dish Network had the Bushido episode of Vice on last night!
