I have some HP 38 and going to order some Missouri coated .38 158 gr SWC.  Anybody using this combination? How does it shoot?  I'm going to run it through a 6 inch model 19 Smith.  How does any of Missouri's coated bullets work for you as I may order some other bullets as well. Also is a coated grooveless bullet more accurate than a coated bullet with a groove of the same type because of the increased bearing surface? Thanks for looking.

For .38 Spl, no magnum loads

The grooves are in to have bullet wax fill them. I shoot the cheapest PC bullets I can find. I can't tell the difference in them

I’ve shot A LOT of 125gr coated flat point bullets with HP-38 from my various 38’s and 357’s.  I like coated bullets much better than regular diet lubed bullets.  HP-38/Win 231 is an excellent 38 Special powder.
