Long story short... I E-filed a F1 on Sunday, got fingerprints done on Monday and sent them in. Then realized I forgot about the ORI block I never even looked at it to see what info it had I'm sure it had my local Sherrifs dept. info. Anyway they were delivered Wed. so I just called to see if they had been received yet and if I was going to have to resubmit them. I was told that the ORI info on the fingerprint cards, it did not matter what info was there Guess I'll get a definitive answer in the next week or two.

Yesterday I sent a questions through the E Forms “ask an expert” and had a response in 15 minutes.

You’ll be fine. I’ve sent numerous print cards to the ATF with my agency’s ORI number on them. The examiner will put a sticker with their ORI number overtop the incorrect ORI number.

dont sweat. I bungled my first submission, and didnt have any issues.
