Where can I get a manual for the ATPIAL/PEQ-15?  I tried EOTech's website and they don't have shit.  I'd like to buy a hard copy vs an online one.  Thanks.

Google PEQ 15 or APTIAL-C manual and a bunch of PDF links come up.

Print off the PDF. I don't see asking L3/Insight for a manual on a -15 happening how you would hope

Thanks guys, that's what I ended up doing.  EOTech/L3 customer service about the same as virginity in France.
