I was helping a buddy set up his gear a couple of months ago, and he wanted a thigh strap for his UBL.

Not being a fan of bulk/buckles in that general region, and wanting to set the height more effectively than what is offered by placing the strap between the upper and lower UBL mounting screws, i worked out a bracket on the 3D printer and integrated it with shock cord, onewrap, and 1" webbing.

I used contrasting colors (and bright sweatpants ) here to make it easier to see what exactly is goin' on.

Onewrap has ~20lbs of strength per square inch in this application, so the ~2-3" of overlap has got it done so far.  I could add a "belt keeper" or some such similar feature made of onewrap for true high intensity use.

It can be be taken out of use by wrapping the straps around the holster and adhering them to each other.

I hereby submit it for your mockery/applause/commentary :)
