I have gotten tired of waiting for a Remington Hardwood Tac-14 so I put one together using what I could pick up on my own.
 Attached File Attached FileUsed a regular Tac-14 and changed out the plastic furniture for wood. Added a Van Comp mod-choke barrel. Regards |

I often see beat-up 870 forends and buttstocks in parts bins at gun shows. I'm going to keep my eyes open for some furniture to cut-up and refinish.
I already have an old school wooden Wingmaster forend (with the checkered fleur-de-lis) that might look kinda sharp with wooden Raptor grip finished to match. |
