The top one is new . I bought my mpx years ago and it looks just like the bottom .

The LE comes with flip up sights VS the commercial that comes with a brace ..and as you already noticed, mil spic vs timney tigger. Those should be the only differences |

I have a gen 1, it looks like the bottom pic. The only parts issue i had was one of those screws backed out and was lost on a range trip. Sig sent me a couple replacements with no issue and i red loctited that thing in there.
