SOE makes a 20 rnd specific pouch with either a velcro lid or bungee retention. Tactical tailor also makes a 20 rounder with bungee in fight light which is I think a 500d pouch

Cut a piece of Styrofoam to size and stuff it in the bottom of your existing mag pouch to take up space and raise the 20 rd mags. Then you can just pull the foam out when you want to use 30 rounders.
