Nice pics @-KentuckyWindage-
After seeing these I think I have to mount my PEQ on the side! I was trying to find a PWS SRX rail with that lower front section, although I'm not sure its low enough to not obscure the view of an Elcan 1.5-6x. |

Slightly off path here, but I curious about what ammo is typically used down range with the MK17. Im assuming M118/LR but will guys load out with M80? Does the M852 even exist anymore and used?

If you are shooting a MK20 or going long with a 17, the 175 Gr M118 “LR” BTHP would be best. This is all from what I have read. Someone like @Combat_Diver would know for sure I assume. |

View Quote Yes, generally M118LR used in Mk17/20s. Not much Mk319 seen anymore. Do have some subsonic 147gr FMJ blue tip (sorry, don't remember the nomenclature). Still get M80 on 5 rd strippers/bandoleers but that's used on the range. Some delink M993 AP if needed. There's also the M80A1/M62A1 linked that can also be delinked. Haven't seen any M852 in decades. CD |

About 30 people wanted to shoot this one on the range today. Put over 800 rds of M118 LR and another 100 of Mk316 Special Ball LR thru it in semi and auto today. Just finished cleaning it. Took all of about 15 minutes.

They are on my battle belt and that's one reason I picked them, I can run the SCAR or the AR and not have to swap anything out. |

Still no photos of an FA762SS on a Mk20 in the wild?
I might have to settle for an SS as I have all but given up on finding a FA762SV. A pic would make it less painful of a move. |

@Combat_Diver as far as the Mark 6 3-18 ... do you see mostly H59 or Tremor based reticles in service ...
