Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - M852 availability and current prices

Looking to see if there’s any m852 out there and what it’s going for. I’ve googled and tried that route but didn’t come up with anything recent. My M1a loves it. My Garand is also barreled for it. Haven’t seen any at the Gun shows in a long time. Thanks for any help

You probably won't find any unless you're willing to pay "collector" prices.

Lake City brass
40.5 grains of IMR-4895
Winchester large rifle primers
Sierra 168 grain Match King's seated @ 2.800" to 2.830".

You can go up to 41.5 grains if you use CCI-BR2, CCI-200, CCI-250 or Remington 9.5 primers. They all produce lower pressures than the Winchester brand.

there was a  can for sale at the last Richmong (old Kmart) gunshow,
50cal can, full of 20 round boxes,
