I just use slip 2000 on mine.

CLP on the bolt where it rotates into the carrier.
Every now and again shoot a little on the mainspring with it in the most rearward position. Work back and forth with the carrier to spread the lube on the mainspring. Little bit on the barrel mating surfaces in the upper. You're done. |

Motor oil works well too. get some Mobil 1
