Right now I run a Ferro Slickster with RMA 1155s. It's heavy, even with how well the Slickster and cumberbund distribute the weight.
I'm looking to stay under $800-ish, but don't wanna go much higher if I can avoid it.
I'd like multicurve if possible, and under 6 pounds per 10x12 plate.
I was thinking of just getting Hesco L210s and calling it a day, but I see the new M210s from Hesco are out, and I can get a set for like $780 shipped....and they're kinda a Multicurve version of the L210 it seems?
I just wanted to get some input from outside parties who probably know a lot more about armor than me.
I just want to stop the most common rifle threats. Not worried about .308 Win, but if it stops it, cool.
Mainly concerned about the 5.56x45 variations (855, 193, etc) and AKs in 62x39 and 5.45.
