I don't have a full lead... but...
First off there are quite a bit of differences between safety glasses ( ANSI-Z87.1+ ) and Shooting Glasses Ballistic Resistance... ( Mil-Spec MIL-PRF-32432 ) Read this.... https://gruntx.com/are-shooting-glasses-the-same-as-safety-glasses/ In a nut shell "safety glasses" ( ANSI-Z87.1+ ) are more concerned with keeping splashed material, dust and basic stuff out of the eye... sawdust .. etc. They aren't meant for shooting safety. Shooting glasses are meant to offer resistance to high velocity impacts. Decot and Randolph both have tinted lenses- rx or plano (no rx) perhaps they can do a 1.5 lens.

Have you looked at welding shop items, seems their may be some their. Just a thought.

I use these. the bifocal is on top. you just dip your head a little and the front sight is sharp.
