If you can't find the Sig folding mechanism, there's always Lage Manufacturing.
I've used their stuff in the past and it's good to go. They make left and right folding tube adapters, straight, 5 degree cant, 3 degree cant for MCX/MPX Lage Manufacturing |

None. It will do exactly what the tube adapter you're looking for will do.
