Is it just me or does it look like part of the front ear is cracked off?
Saw this over on Sturm. Asking $18.5K
Who could fix that? I know M60 Joe is out of the game. He brought my SAW Olympic Arms M16 back in spec
If this belongs to someone on this board sorry, I couldn't help myself

Yikes!  I'm guessing Victor could work his magic on this though. Probably wouldn't be cheap...  Still, that looks bad.

The term "ridden hard and put away wet" comes to mind... not going to sell an Oly in that condition at that price.

A little steel wool work to smooth out the crappy finish that's on there now and a light coat of Norell's moly resin would make that thing look like new. I've seen much worse.

I'm not talking about the finish. I'm talking about the chunk of metal missing from above the pin ear.
It's possible that that was just a bad casting. But I doubt it. . I bet somebody opened it up like an SP1 and let it twist the front.
