I got my renewal for today. I don't plan on renewing it. On the form it says that if you no longer want this license, sign here and turn in your records.
From what I have read, c&r holders are not required to turn in their book, because they do not participate in business, for their FFL. So do I fill that out and not send in my book or just let it lapse and forget about it?

If you read the form it says collectors are not required to turn in records. It's there. Gotta read.

Just filled out my renewal yesterday.

Yeah I found that after I looked online for a little bit and somebody posted that it was underneath there. I went back to look at the form and sure as hell, there it was.

Yeah it's really tiny ass print. Probably done on purpose so people miss it and send their records/logbook in. Gotta love the AFT!
