Yes. The Rhino attaches directly to the shroud.

One more question...are the milsurp j-arm mounts better quality than the mounts that come with my PVS and the cheap skull crusher kit they send with it? Feels like cheap plastic...

Dunno. I will say that the j arm that came with my EE purchase of an aka2 was better....so, prob better to buy one? I here Mod Armory has an excellent j mount bayo arm.
