[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Is this an approved 5320.20?

Seems I fat-fingered my 5320.20 submission and mis-typed my local zip code.

Both the approved and and disapproved boxes are checked. Is htis an approved form or do I need to re-submit?

FYI, this took 10 days to "approve" and another 14 days to get mailed back to me.

ETA, needed to block out a bit more personal info...

My guess is it was disapproved, then they approved it figuring the correct zip code.

If you have time, I would probably reapply.

If you are traveling in the mean time, I would use the one you have now.

Edit: I would also call before I reapplied.

I'd run with it. Just call the examiner whose name is on the orange sheet and ask for clarification.
