I did a form 1 with them bc they already had my prints.  My lower is a defender 2000 lower that's older and predates lmt defense so it says "lewis machine & tool co"

That's exactly what I put into the form I filled out and attached a pic. This was Friday, today I get an email saying I need to sign the docs and in the docs, they have changed the manufacturer to "lewis machine and tool co DBA lmt defense"

Do I need to have them correct that and resign before I certify?

I have the exact same lower - got it about 13 years ago.

My form 1 says Lewis Machine and Tool. Not LMT Defense.

I don’t think the DBA is an issue though.
