Received a small lot of M1A parts from an elderly neighbor who’s husband had passed quite awhile ago. This receiver was in the box, I don’t recognize the manufacturing mark

Is the armscorp address missing from the right side under the op rod slot? If so what else was done to this receiver? There are many states that make it illegal to possess a firearm that has had the original makers info removed or defaced even if there is still a s/n still present. For what it’s worth that is probably pre ban.
