On the anolog one, it works up to 65ftlbs, so great for most scope work where you will have the base nut that needs to be torqued to 65in lbs, but that is it max. Also, you have to remember to dail is back down to zero once you are done using it, or it going to go out of calibration quickly instead.
As for the digial one, more precise setting in different form of messurements, will go up to 100in lbs, but instead of the click cam over when you hit torque, you get the buzzer isntead.

As for which is best, just depends how much your going to use it. If once in a blue moon, the anolog since you can leave it the box for years without fear of the battery going dead. If your using a great deal instead, then the digital since you don't have to back it off to zero after each use, and your going to be using the battery without it going dead by itself isntead.
